Typical Career Path

Crowder Construction Company utilizes the Cooperative Education program as our primary recruiting tool for Project Engineers.  It is our goal to hire COOPs, train them and hire them upon graduation if they (and we) have had a successful experience.  We take pride in the COOPs we hire as well as those who choose to undertake other adventures. 

The COOP’s career path with our company can lead them to Project Management, Field Management or Estimating.  It is our hope that these COOPs will continue to work with us and become Project Engineers, excelling in a solid future with Crowder Construction Company.
