Breadth of Experience

Add the word “versatile” to your resume!  We hire different degrees including Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers as well as Construction Management degrees.  Each degree runs through similar paths in our COOP program.  Our work is multi-faceted heavy construction.  Depending on the stage of the project, our COOPs gain experience in civil during the initial stages of excavation, surveying, and pile driving, etc.  They may gain some experience on the mechanical side with underground piping and pump installation.  There are also opportunities to gain experience in electrical.  Crowder Construction Company is a unique general contractor since we do not sub out our electrical work.  Also, the experience a COOP gains in our estimating department will round out the whole picture.
