We provide every COOP and intern with an Initial Expectations Feedback within the first week of work. We discuss expectations of work, dress, professionalism and other job-related responsibilities. About midway through the term, we provide the COOP a Mid-Term Feedback. This process lets them know how they are doing and what they can improve upon or maintain throughout the remainder of the term. And finally, they receive a Final Evaluation. We maintain copies of all the evaluations for review with the COOP at the start of each new term. The feedback is well-received and necessary for a great working relationship. It enhances productivity for Crowder Construction Company as well as growth for the COOP.
