Our Company is proud to be a safety leader in the Construction Industry and have an award -winning safety program. We are a North Carolina Department of Labor Building Star Contractor. This Program requires a higher standard of safety and recognizes companies in the Industry that are leaders in the area of employee safety and health. We have also been awarded the National AGC Safety Excellence Award for Heavy Contractors with over 500,000 work hours.
At Crowder we know we cannot rest on the awards our Safety Program has received, we demand a strong commitment to safety at every level of our Company, everyday. To emphasize the importance of safety, our Safety Group reports directly to Bill Crowder, the Company's Chief Operating Officer.
Crowder has a dedicated group of highly-trained safety and health professionals working with Bill to keep Crowder's Safety Program at the leading edge. Our staff includes risk management specialists, certified safety professionals, industrial hygiene specialists, field safety specialists, as well as bilingual safety specialists. Our Safety Group is committed to providing safety policies and procedures and training that enables our employees to have the knowledge and ability to keep themselves and their co-workers safe. |
